PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stern structure having no noise of an outboard motor for a person on a stern deck, and excellent in a fine view. SOLUTION: An outboard motor fitting part is formed so that an outboard motor 6 can be fitted to a transom to form a stern deck 4 and seats 41 and 42 on the front side of the outboard motor fitting part and both the ship side parts of the stern deck 4 respectively, thereby installing an outboard motor cover 60 for covering the upper, front, and both the side parts of the outboard motor upper part. A table 63, to be utilized by a person on the seats, is formed on the upper surface of the outboard motor cover 60, and in the outboard motor cover 60, the both the side parts of which are constituted of a fixed part continuing to a stern gunnel, and an opening/closing part 62 fitted for opening/closing to the fixed part to constitute the table 13. |
