PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a highly precise shaped product by photosetting resin at a high speed. SOLUTION: Intensity distribution of pulse laser beams emitted from a pulse laser oscillator 10 is uniformized with a kaleidoscope 12, and a mask is irradiated with the uniformized pulse laser beams. A light flux of a cross sectional form corresponding to a slice data is obtained thereby, and a photosetting resin 6 filling in a resin tank is irradiated by face with the summerized light fluxes, Since an optical intensity distribution of beams with which the resin 6 is irradiated is uniformized by use of a kaleidoscope 12, highly precise shaping can be executed. |
