PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put plural welding protector caps in one action on plural rubber pieces for sealing a valve which are members to be protected. SOLUTION: The mechanism is so structured that four pieces of movable iron cores 8 are set in a lower welding jig 2, that four leaf spring members 4 with a vulcanized rubber is set above the iron cores, that an upper welding jig 15 is set over it, that each welding protector cap 3 is placed on the four rubber pieces 12 for sealing a valve which are members to be protected, and that the leaf spring members 4 with the vulcanized rubber are welded to the movable iron cores 8 by laser beam. In this case, the upper welding jig 15 is provided with an upper jig 16, four rotary disks 17 and a spring-out prevention jig 18; the rotary disk jig 17 is provided with a transmissible hole 17A for passing a laser beam 6, stud 17B that comes into contact with the side of a torch 5, and a welding protector cap 3; with the torch 5 actuated so as to draw a prescribed welding locus, the stud 17B is also actuated to follow in a manner of drawing the samelocus, rotating the rotary disk jig 17, operating the torch 5 to face with the transmissive hole 17A and thereby making welding possible. |
