PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly switch a safety device of a pretensioner over to a lock-on state in removing a take-up device from a body. SOLUTION: A lock lever 23 is provided on a base bracket 22 of a take-up machine main body 21. The lock lever 23 is provided free to revolve along a first position and a second position by a support shaft 51, and it has a working part 80 to face a lock operating part 31 of a safety device at the time when it is at the first position. The working part 80 is pressurized in a direction of the lock operating part 31 by a spring 82 at the time when the lock lever 23 is at the first position. An arm part 90 is provided on the lock lever 23. The arm part 90 is erected in a direction to be projected from the base bracket 22 at the time when the lock lever 23 is at the first position and it falls down at a position to cover a head part 57a of a bolt 57 at the time when the lock lever 23 is at the second position. |
