PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a shoulder anchor part for a seat belt in a single operation with a front cover applied ont it in a short period of time. SOLUTION: It is constituted of an adjuster part A installed on a side pillar of a vehicle free to positionally adjust in the vertical direction and having a stud bolt 6 projected toward the inside of the vehicle and a shoulder anchor part B installed free to connect and disconnect and having a guide anchor plate 21 through which a seat belt S is inserted. An engagement means longer than first engagement parts 7, 7 hung over left and right is formed on a head end. A second engagement member 33 is installed on an inside anchor part 21a, and an alliptical engagement opening 35 is provided. After the shoulder anchor part B is turned by 90 degrees around an axis of the stud bolt 6 to make it possible to insert the elliptical engagement opening 35 into the long engagement means made of the first engagement parts 7, 7, both of them are fit and then turned by 90 degrees in the opposite direction. |
