CAPSULE OF WATERBORNE SOLUTION AND PRODUCTION OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterborne capsule and the production method of the same which is a cold reserving material easy to contact closely with fresh food in cold-box, capable of adding to cosmetics in large amount as humectant by inhibiting a discharge of the liquid contained inside. SOLUTION: This capsule is obtained by dropping at least one of an aqueous solution of an alkylcellulose, an aqueous solution of a hydroxy-alkylcellulose, an aqueous solution of a hydroxyalkylalkylcellulose having thermal gel forming properties to an aqueous solution of tannic acid agitated at >=40 deg.C. A complex of at least one of alkylcellulose, hydroxy-alkylcellulose, hydroxyalkylalkylcellulose and tannic acid forms a coating and affords a waterborne capsule having a coating containing waterborne liquid.
