<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a file holder in a housing place of another file folder spine width type automatically even when the housing place for specific file folder spine width type in a housing storage shelf is full by presetting the housing place of the housing storage shelf for each file folder spine width type, and detecting the file folder spine width type. SOLUTION: When taking-in is started (S 101) by a command from a controller, the spine width type of a file folder in a receiving/delivering device is detected by a detecting device for the spine width type. For the spine width type of the file folder which is detected by the detecting device for the spine width type in the receiving/delivering device, it is discriminated whether there is an empty address in the shelf of the file folder spine width type to be housed by the controller (S 103). If there is no empty address in the shelf of the file folder spine width type to be housed, it is discriminated whether there is an empty address in the shelf of the wider spine width type of the file folder (S 106). If there is an empty address, the folder is housed (S 104), thus completing warehousing (S 105).</p> |
