MULTI-COMPONENT RESIN COMPOSITION, MULTIPLE DECENTRALIZED STRUCTURE MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple decentralized structure material having both high shock resistance and high toughness and a multi component resin composition which can provide such a multiple decentralized structure material. SOLUTION: This material comprises 1-99wt.% of component A and 99-1wt.% of component B, the phase boundary face between melt-kneaded components A and B and the phase inside of component B are crosslinked and the component A forms the matrix phase. This resin composition comprises the component A which is a soft material containing functional groups reactive with carboxylic acid or its anhydride derivative and the component B which comprises a modified polypropylene resin (a) and a reactive compound (b) and is crosslinkable. (a) The modified polypropylene resin is prepared by grafting one or more kinds of unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride to a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer thereof with otherα-olefin. (b) The reactive compound has two or more functional groups reacting with carboxylic acid or its anhydride derivative. The molar ratio of the functional groups in the component A and the reactive compound (b) to the units of the unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride derivative in the modified polypropylene resin (a) is 0.01-20.
