PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for degreasing and baking ceramic formed bodies, consisting of a heat-resistant resin, having enough strength for handling and capable of being shaped in various shapes by using a specific heat-resistant polymer. SOLUTION: This tool for degreasing and baking ceramic formed bodies consists of a heat-resistant resin containing a heat-resistant polymer having >=300 deg.C glass transition temperature and >=450 deg.C 5% thermal decomposition temperature measured at 10 deg.C/min. temperature raising velocity in air. As the heat-resistant polymer, an aromatic polyimide resin, a polybenzimidazole resin, etc., can be cited. The heat-resistant resin is allowed to contain other additives in addition to the heat-resistant resin. As the additive, carbon-based materials are preferable. The preferable content of the additive in the heat-resistant resin is usually <=70wt.%. The above tool is used as a spacer for a vessel for degreasing and baking the ceramic formed bodies. |
