PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a joined thermoplastic material by a method wherein the thermoplastic material can be continuously joined by a simple compact structure. SOLUTION: Protruded amounts of a thermoplastic material 2 from respective chucks 3, 3 are made mutually equal, both end sides 2A, 2B of the thermoplastic material 2 are held with respective chucks 3, 3 and a heating element 5 is arranged between respective chucks 3, 3. Respective chucks 3, 3 are made to approach each other, and the both ends 2A, 2B of the thermoplastic material 2 is melted so as to have a mutual same amount with the heating element 5. Further, the heating element is excluded from between respective chucks 3, 3, and by making respective chucks 5, 5 approach each other, the both ends of the thermoplastic material 2 melted with the heating element 5 are joined to each other by specific pressing force. |
