PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a raw noodle having sufficiently improved quality without lowering palatability, and enable a frozen boiled noodle to have excellent resistance to re-freezing with a slight deterioration of quality by the re-freezing caused from slow freezing even in making the frozen boiled noodle to improve quality of a raw noodle by irradiating a microwave. SOLUTION: This multilayered noodle belt is obtained by compositely rolling so as to nip a noodle belt for an inner layer irradiated of a microwave with noodles for outer layers not irradiated of the microwave. A noodle line of multilayered noodle composed of an inner layer part irradiated with the microwave and outer layer parts not irradiated with the microwave is obtained by cutting out the resultant multilayered noodle belt. Furthermore, the noodle line is boiled and quickly frozen, as necessary. |
