PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the washing effect of a tube by washing the tube adhered with an oil and a fat with hot water, washing by jointly using a liquid flow and ultrasonic waves in a detergent solution, and subsequently rinsing with hot water and drying. SOLUTION: In the case that a tube part is immersed and defatted, first the tube is washed with high pressure spray of hot water in a hot water washing tank 1, and then is washed in the washing tank 2 by jointly using a liquid flow and ultrasonic waves in the detergent solution. Next, the tube adhered with the detergent is rinsed with hot water in a hot water washing tank 3 and then the wet tube is dried in a drying tank 4. A control part 5 controls the processes from hot water washing to drying. A transfer crane 8 is hung movably on a transfer rail 7 supported with plural supporters 6 and conveys the washing product under automating the processes from hot water washing to drying. The hot water washing tank 1 is arranged an injecting nozzle for jetting hot water to the inside of the tube in the tank, and an jetting nozzle for injecting hot water to the outside surface of the tube and each of them is fed hot water with a high pressure water feed pump. |
