摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a driven member with respect to a shock such as a drop. SOLUTION: A rack 18 engaging a pinion 20 is disposed to a pickup 16. By dividing the rack into three parts to form a cutout 18F and rack members 18B, 18C on both sides of the cutout 18F. The rack is to be elastically deformable and the elasticity of the cutout is to be smaller than that of the rack. When the pinion 20 rotates, the rack is displaced while elastically deformed by being pushed by the pinion, the pickup will be driven. When the rack displaces with the mass of pickup or the inertia due to a shock such as a drop, as the elasticity of the cutout is small, then there will be produced resistance due to the engagement of the pinion with the cutout, which absorbs the movement energy of the pickup. Therefore, the moving speed of the pickup will be slow so that the damage of the pickup due to a shock such as a drop will be prevented.</p>
