<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry not optimal shift control at all times and surely by carrying out leaning for changing a shifting position reflected the shifting preference of a driver, and setting a target shifting position on the basis of the driving condition of a vehicle. SOLUTION: An objective shifting position setting means 3 is provided with a memory means 3A for housing a shift map and a leaning type selecting means 3B. In the leaning type selecting means 3B of the target shift setting means 3, leaning reflected the driving preference of a driver is carried out on the basis of a car speed information V, an engine speed information Ne, information Va of a detecting signal from a shifting position selecting switch 63 and an acceleration opening degree, and the like, and an optimal shift map is selected according to a learned result. An optimal shifting position deciding means 1 is constituted as a fuzzy type optimal shifting position deciding means for correcting an objective shifting position set by the target shifting position setting means 3 by judging the traveling condition of a vehicle and the will of the driver. It is, thus, possible to appropriately reflect shift preference of the driver to shift control at the time of automatic motoring.</p> |
