<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excavate an existing buried pipe by an excavator while maintaining straightness. SOLUTION: A filler is injected to an internal and a peripheral part of an existing buried pipe 10, the internal and the peripheral part of the existing buried pipe 10 are placed in a condition having supporting force of almost uniform sufficient level, in this condition, the existing buried pipe 10 is excavated by an excavator 13, a new pipe 29 can be propelled so as to be buried.</p> |
