CLAMP MECHANISM FOR THROW AWAY TIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the positional slippage of a throw away tip by threadedly attaching a tip clamp screw to the tapped hole of a screw member with a tapped hole for fixing the throw away tip. SOLUTION: A space between a position where the head 38a of a tip clamp screw 38 is locked (namely the position of a tip hole 37e of a throw away tip 37) and a position where the tip clamp screw 38 is threadedly attached (namely the position of a tapped hole 36a of a screw member 36 with a tapped hole) is short. The tip clamp screw 38 is therefore difficult to bently deform to force for separating the throw away tip 37 from tip positioning wall faces 32b, 32b, namely centrifugal force during cutting driving. Thus preventing effect for the positional slippage of the throw away tip 37 can be displayed by the tip clamp screw 38.
