PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate an inclination angle of an outer roller member sufficiently by cooperating a plurality of actions for an outer roller and exercising the plurality of actions on it. SOLUTION: A constant velocity joint 10 is provided with a guide groove 18a having a plan section 20 and a rolling face 24, an outer roller 22 of which outer peripheral face is formed like a linear line when viewed on a cross section in correspondence to the rolling face 24 and which is displaced along the rolling face 24, a holder 34 in which an upper end part 36 is formed in such a manner that it comes into contact with and leaves from the plan section 20, a swelling part 28 which protrudes and is curved towards a spider shaft 26a, and a curved part 44 which is in point-contact with the swelling part 28.
