DEAERATION VESSEL AND DEAERATION METHOD FOR SANDWICH GLASS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for deaerating the air remaining between an intermediate film and glass plate in a process for producing sandwich glass and a deaeration method. SOLUTION: This deaeration vessel is composed of an upper cap section 1 which is formed by adhering an upper molding flask 3 to the peripheral edge of the front surface of an upper rubber sheet 2 of two sheets of flexible rubber sheets facing each other and a lower vessel section 4 which is formed by adhering a lower molding flask 6 to the peripheral edge of the rear surface of the lower rubber sheet 5 and mounting a freely attachable and detachable glass receiving frame to this lower molding flask 6, fixing a sealing frame material 7 to the peripheral edge of the front surface of the lower rubber sheet 5 and embedding and fixing an elastic rubber ring 9 into a hollow groove part 8 disposed in the form of a closed loop in the central part of the sealing frame material 7. A suction bar 10 having plural bored parts connected with a vacuum system is placed on the lower vessel section and near the inner side of the sealing frame material 7 and the freely attachable and detachable upper cap section 11 is superposed on the lower vessel section.
