SOLUTION: Control power source consist of voltage changing-over means 34a-34c, each contains an image signal control circuit, a high tension driver, a capacitor and a diode. Further, the output of the voltage changing-over means 34a-34c are respectively connected to ring electrodes controlling the passage of toner. Further, for example, 150V power source 35a and 35b and -200V power sources 36a and 36b are applied to the voltage changing-over means 34a and 34b. The current capacity of each power source supply potential to a large number of ring electrodes. Each one channel of each one of the voltage changing-over means 34a and 34b consists of an FET 37, a capacitor 38 and a diode 39. In this case, when the FET 37 is ON, -200V is applied to the ring electrode from the power source 36, while when the FET 37 is OFF, 150V is applied to the ring electrode from the power source 35. |
