PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for machining a wire saw to reduce the running cost of the wire saw. SOLUTION: The interior of a wire saw 3 is partitioned by a shutter, a support plate, a front plate, and a back plate and a substance to be cut is cut by using dispersion liquid of water. Water being washing liquid is fed in the wire saw from a washing means 36, and adhered grinding grains are washed out. The washing liquid is discharged in a washing liquid storage tank 5 through a plate and a slurry tank. A grinding grain is separated from the washing liquid by a decanter 61. A particulate component is then separated by a filter 62 to recover washing liquid, and grinding grains are conveyed to a mixing tank 2 by a part of the washing liquid. Since adhered grinding grains are reused, this constitution reduces a running cost. |
