<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the decrease of drivability such as the occurrence of excessive engine brake when an acceleration pedal is reset. SOLUTION: A control device consists of a gear ratio changing means 201 to change a gear ratio for a continuously variable transmission, a shift control means 200 to compute a target gear ratio corresponding to the driving condition of a vehicle and control the gear ratio changing means 201 in accordance with the target gear ratio, an engine control means 202 to control an engine corresponding to the driving condition of the vehicle and an engine torque reducing means 203 to reduce engine torque corresponding to the driving torque of the continuously variable transmission.</p> |
