<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out braking operation while maintaining a position of a worker to operate to push and pull a handle and to easily secure braking force of a movable wheel by cladding of a brake shoe. SOLUTION: This dolly is constituted to provide a a load carrying platform 1 supported on a movable wheel 10 free to elevate up and down, a hydraulic cylinder 7 to raise the load carrying platform 1 and a handle 21 free to oscillate to move the load carrying platform 1 by pusshing and pulling operation. A brake operation member 39 to clad a brake shoe 34 on the movable wheel 10 is connected to the handle 21.</p> |
