发明名称 METAL VAPOR DEPOSITION PREVENTING METHOD OF HEAT STORAGE ALTERNATE COMBUSTION FURNACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vent passage from being closed owing to an oxide of metal contained in a heated alloy being deposited on a heat storage unit in a heat storage alternate combustion furnace. SOLUTION: A heat storage alternate combustion furnace is adapted such that a heat storage chamber 3 filled with a heat storage unit is provided on each of a pair of burners 2a, 2b, and an air supply blower 4 and an exhaust blower 5 are connected with both burners 2a, 2b through a four way valve 6, and that during combustion of the one burner 2a (or 2b), waste heat is recovered in the heat storage chamber of the other burner 2b (or 2a). Upon interruption operation of the combustion furnace, the burners 2a, 2b and the air supply blower 4 are interrupted with a furnace door 7 opened half, and changeover operation of the four way valve 6 and the operation of the exhaust blower 5 are continued for a predetermined time. Hereby, air supply which cools the heat storage unit and deposits a metal oxide is interrupted, and only high temperature exhaust is supplied to the heat storage chamber 3 whereby a deposit is resublimed and is exhausted so that the heat storage chamber 3 is previously prevented from being closed owing to storage of the vapor deposit.
