PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible heat-sensitive recording medium which satisfies heat resistance, moisture resistance and light resistance without spoiling other properties such as heat sensitivity and holds stable color-developing properties and color-removing properties after repeating recording and erasing for a long time and exhibits high mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This heat-sensitive recording medium has a constitution wherein a recording layer wherein an electron donating color-developing compd. and an electron accepting compd. are incorporated as main ingredients and relatively color-developed condition and color-removed condition can be formed by differences in heating temp. and/or cooling speed after heating, is provided on a substrate. In this case, a polymer with a structure which can absorb ultraviolet rays of 300-360nm is at least incorporated in a protective layer. |
