PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up laser marking by attaching the driving unit of a linear driving mechanism to a base on the fixed side and reducing the weight of a plate on the movable side. SOLUTION: The driving unit 12 of a linear driving mechanism 5 is attached to a fixedly provided base 11, which is formed with an opening 11a. A plate 7 is designed to move relatively in the XY direction against the base 11. A machining head 4 is attached to the center of the plate 7, and put through the opening 11a of the base 11. The machining head 4 can be moved in the XY direction at the opening 11a by operating the driving unit 12, thereby performing a required laser marking on a work 2 to be machined. |
