PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain complex particles soluble in living bodies capable of being used for drug delivery systems and adjuvants by coating a calcium phosphate- based compound having absorbing property on particles of a high molecular weight material soluble in living bodies. SOLUTION: The complex particles soluble in living bodies are obtained by coating (A) the surface of particles of a high molecular weight material soluble in living bodies (preferably gelatin, polylactic acid, chitin, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid, collagen) with (B) a calcium phosphate-based compound having 1.0-2.0Ca/P ratio (preferably hydroxy apatite having 1.65-1.67Ca/P ratio). The particles preferably consist of the component A and component B, a part of which penetrates in the component A. The component A is preferably consists of particles having 1-20μm average particle size in a particle distribution range of d75 /d25 <=2. The obtained complex particles preferably have 1.2-30.0μm average particle size in the above mentioned particle distribution, 1.05-1.35g/cm<3> density, 500-1,000Åpore size and 0.1-5.0μm thickness of the component B. |
