PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demanding amount of cooling and heating estimating device, hardly affected by the factors of weather, seasons and persons. SOLUTION: A cooling and heating demand estimating means 10 takes out the characteristic data of corresponding atmospheric temperature change, which are stored in an air temperature change data base 3, based on estimated minimum and maximum air temperatures inputted into an inputting and outputting means 9 and estimate the outdoor temperature of every given time of next day from the characteristic data of estimated minimum temperature and the change of outdoor temperature. The cooling and heating demand estimating means 10 corrects a relative formula between the outdoor temperature and a potential demanding amount, recorded in a potential demanding amount recording means 6, employing data, recorded in an air conditioner utilizing rate table 8, thereby estimating a cooling and heating demanding amount per a given period of time of next day based on the corrected relative formula. |
