HIGH CORROSION-RESISTANT COATED METAL MATERIAL HAVING UNDERCOATING FILM OF HIGH GLOSSINESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal material having jointly high glossiness and high corrosion resistance by a method wherein a concentration is limited within a specific range by forming a fine grained grain size of anti-corrosive pigment contained in an undercoating film. SOLUTION: In a coated metal material wherein an undercoating film and a topcoating film are provided on a metal material surface onto which substrate treatment is applied, the undercoating film is formed by using undercoat coating wherein an anti-corrosive pigment of 0.1-2μm mean grain size is contained, and its concentration is 11-70wt.%. That using strontium chromate as an anti-corrosive pigment is excellent especially in corrosion preventive performance of an end surface of the material.
