The said assembly consists of the building rod (1), the gripping holders (not shown in the drawing) and the fastening device which is formed by the firm part of the rest (2) with the cogged rails (3), while its mechanical part is mounted on the angular axle (5) whereon two cog wheels (52) and two driving discs (51) are firmly placed. The swing arm (6) causing mechanical movement is freely placed on the angular axle (5) and its fixing into the operational mesh of the driving discs (51) is secured with the safety element (61). The attachment of the device to the building rod (1) is realized by the thrust holder (4) with the arm (41) wherein the spring safety rod (42) is placed and wherein the slit is also made for leading the fixing arch (43).
