PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the fill-up of a wax to the deep end part of a post hole of a working pattern by sticking fibers at the tip part of a sprue line made of synthetic resin and soaking the liquid wax therein. SOLUTION: A wax pattern 10 is planted and held into a planting part provided at the center part of a truncated cone 14 through a shaft top part of the sprue line 10 and incorporated into a casting ring 9 and embedded into an embedding material 15. The sprue line 10 is made of the synthetic resin and the fibers are stuck to the tip part of the sprue line 10 and the liquid wax is soaked into the fibers. The casting ring 9 is heated in a furnace and the sprue line 10 and the fibers together with the wax are burnt off to form a hollow part after burning the wax pattern and a runner after burning the sprue line in the embedding material. By this method, the wax pattern having the desired shape can be obtd. |
