摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the amount of exhaustion of HC from being increased and herice improve exhaust emission by supplying enough heat to be heated. SOLUTION: Air supplied to an air suction pipe 18 is guided to an air stream guide 21 from an air flow passage 16 upon stationary combustion and is moved along a half outer periphery of a combustion cylinder 12. The air in the air flow passage 16 is heated with heat of the combustion cylinder 12 rendered to radiation heat from a catalyst layer 13, and is directed to get over the upper portion of the air stream guide 21 and is moved downward along the opposite air flow passage 16 and is further supplied into a fuel vaporizer 6 from an air suction inlet 20. In the fuel vaporizer 6, the vaporized fuel and the heated air are mixed, and mixture gas is directed to pass through the combustion cylinder 12 and is combusted in the catalyst layer 13 into combustion gas which is then heat exchanged with water in a circulated water passage 8. The air in the air flow passage 16 is supplied with enough heat because it makes contact with the whole outer periphery of the combustion cylinder 12 to ensure clean combustion.</p>
