The carrying and fixing system for the solar panels (1), includes at least one essentially torus shaped elastic resilient support (3), on which the corners of the solar panels lie and are detachably fixed. The corners of the panels or modules essentially reach the symmetrical axis of the torus shaped support. The torus shaped support has a surrounding wall (9), U-shaped in cross-section, open to the symmetrical axis of the torus. The wall of the support consists of a compound material of rubber with steel or textile inlays e.g. used motor vehicle tyres with steel reinforcement.
