Elastic membrane for leather drawing machine

An elastic membrane for various leather drawing machines is new. The whole membrane surface (1) or at least a subsection (2) of the surface is coloured in such a way that there is a brightness or colour difference compared to the meat side (3) of the leather piece lying on the membrane. This difference is so distinct on the leather edge (9) that it can be registered by an optoelectronic camera. The membrane is made of a rubber compound.
