<p>The invention consists in combination of a device (3) for removing the cork from bottles of sparkling wine, wine, champagne or any other similar beverage by applying very little force, and a bottle (1) provided with an external thread (2) at the top of the bottle's neck. The removal means (3) is essentially formed of a hollow cylinder provided with an internal thread (4) conjugated to thread (2) at the bottle's neck. The lower cylinder base of the removal device (3) is open while the upper cylinder base has a coaxial hole with the same diameter as the internal diameter of the bottle's neck. Thus, an edge (5) capable of resting on the bottle's neck is formed. Once the bottle filled and corked, the cork rests with the lower part of its head on edge (5) of removal device (3) instead of directly on the bottle's neck. The bottle is opened by unscrewing the removal device (3) from the bottle's neck. The unscrewing causes the cork to be extracted due to the progressive upward pushing of edge (5) against the lower part of the cork's head, thus causing the removal of the cork with very little force.</p> |
