Utilities, such as for heating, are located in the core (61) of the building, and the walls bordering the core are constructed to discharge heat into the rooms. Further rooms with a higher installation requirement are also located in the core. Also, developments, such as stairs and lifts are located in the core. The walls are constructed laminar to discharge heat by radiation and convection and have connections for heaters. The core is provided with connection elements for the floors of the bordering rooms and are constructed to stiffen the building. The core is at least as high as one floor and is rectangular in plan. The assembly has dimensions making it possible for street transport.
