Window and door frame cutting jig

The flat bed support table (1) is fitted with two parallel guide rails (2,3) whose spacing is adjustable and which support the clamps which position the frame profiles which assemble into the window- or door frame. The guides also support the cutter mountings (4,5). The cutters are moved vertically to the flat bed and are positioned under the bed. They can be set to cut at different angles, depending on the shape of the frame profiles. The cutter settings are displayed on a digital readout. The profiles are secured by servo grips.
