PURPOSE: To make automatic reset and caulking force adjustment possible by engaging an arm with a ratchet tooth of the inner wall of a frame forming a pressure device capable of expanding and contracting in the horizontal direction through a slider which moves in accordance with force in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: When a pressure device 20 is lowered with a lever 10, a terminal 50 is caulked to a printed circuit board 40 through a spinning 30. An arm 24 is pressed and moved along the slop of a slider 25 by reaction force upward in the vertical direction of the spinning 30, the arm 24 is locked in order by a ratchet tooth 21a in the inner wall of a frame 21, and caulking force is raised to a desired value. When the device 20 is raised after caulking is finished, the spinning 30 loses the force upward in the vertical direction and falls by dead load, and the device 20 is automatically reset. By expanding or contracting the frame 21 along a rail 26, caulking force can be adjusted. |
