PURPOSE:To easily improve the concentricity between guide grooves and inside holes by providing the dish with centering jigs consisting of ferromagnetic materials in such a manner that substrates can be magnetically attracted from the surfaces opposite from the guide groove forming surfaces of the substrates and adhering these jigs to the substrates by a UV curing type resin. CONSTITUTION:The glass substrates 9a, 9b are positioned by rotating the substrates 9a, 9b together with a turn table in such a manner that the guide grooves do not move. While the positioned state is maintained, the centering jigs 10 and the substrates 9a, 9b are adhered. The UV curing adhesive cures when the adhesive is irradiated from the direction shown by an arrow 16b at the time of adhering the centering jig 10a and the substrate 9a. The adhesive cures when irradiated with the UV rays from the direction of 16a in the case of adhesion of the centering jig 10b and the substrate 9b. The adhesive is required not to be adhered to the recording medium existing between 9a and 9b at least within the range where the UV rays 16a, 16b pass. The holes for the passage of the UV rays are previously formed in the jigs 10. As a result, the yield of production is improved. |
