PURPOSE:To allow the effective communication between a presenter and a supporter without hindering the progression of presentation by controlling the conditions for the selection of a person to communicate and a the display of received messages to execute the transfer and reception of the messages between the presenter and the supporter. CONSTITUTION:A communication control means 3 which allows the selective transfer and reception of the messages between the specific supporter and the presenter by using a bidirectional transmission line 19 is provided. The request for supporter's advise from the presenter, the permission of transmission, the transmission of the message, such as yes, and the selection of the person to transmit the message received by the presenter or chairman are allowed. Further, the switching of a direct display mode for directly displaying the received messages and a selection display mode for once accumulating the messages and selecting the messages displayed under certain condition therefrom is allowed. The transmission and reception timing between the supporter and the presenter and the timing for displaying the messages to the presenter are controlled in a manner as not to hinder the progression of the presentation. |
