PURPOSE:To provide a method of taping electronic parts wherein the material cost of a lead frame is reduced, the electronic parts are made free from out-of pitch and the taping operation can be performed by conventional equipment for the lead frame. CONSTITUTION:From a tie bar provided to arrange electronic parts 4 in a row by attaching thereto the leads 3 of each electronic part 4, its predetermined parts are removed to provide a lead attaching part 3a where each tie bar piece 2a can be disposed out of contact with one another and the tie bar pieces 2a of all the leads 3 of each electronic part 4 and a part of each lead 3 on the one side of the tie bar are held between tapes 6a and 6b at an interval P larger than one pitch of the small holes formed in the tie bar, thereby arranging the electronic parts 4 on tape 5 in a row. |
