Disclosed is a method for continuous boiling of wort, wherein the non-boiled wort is lead into the wort heater, to heat to the temperature between 80 and 110 C. The heated wort is lead into the plug flow reactor, the best to the rotary disc retentive column, and processing of boiled wort by steam is followed, in counter-current arrangement in stripping column.
