PURPOSE:To improve the resolution, durability, and productivity of the title member by forming the photoreceptive layer consisting of a lower layer of the inorg. member contg. specified atoms in specified distribution and an upper layer of the non-single crystal material contg. specified atoms and contg. a specified atom at the contact region with the lower layer on an Al supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The photoreceptive layer 102 consisting of the lower layer 103 of the inorg. material contg. the Al atom, H atom, and Si atom unevenly distributed in the thickness direction and contg. CNOc atom for regulating durability and the upper layer 104 of the non-crystal material with an Si atom as the matrix contg. at least one between an H atom and a halogen atom, and contg. at least one among a C atom, an N atom, and an O atom at the contact region with the layer 103 is formed on the Al supporting body 101, and hence the resolution, durability, and productivity are enhanced. In addition, the adhesion between the layers 103 and 104 is increased by the H atom, N atom, and O atom, the picture image defect is controlled, and the durability is further improved. |
