PURPOSE:To generate an almost uniform magnetic field by forming a first group of coils on a substrate and positioning and providing a second group of coils between the coils of the first group of coils. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a first group 3 of coils composed of plural coils 3a formed in a row on a substrate 1 and a second group 4 of coils composed of plural coils 4a formed so as to be positioned on the first group 3 of coils and positioned between the coils 3a of the first group 3 of coils. Electricity is conducted by switching successively to the coils 3a and 4a in a position corresponding to the irradiation position of a light beam. Thus, the coils 3a and 4a themselves may be small, the danger of magnetic field intensity weakening between the coils 3a and 4a is eliminated, impedance and resistance can be made small and the magnetic field of the necessary intensity can be generated almost uniformly. |
