<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a multipliable recombinant avipoxvirus, by synthesizing an avipoxvirus integrated with cDNA derived from Newcastle disease in a genome range not essential for multiplication. CONSTITUTION:DNA fragment not essential for multiplication of Avipoxvirus is integrated into a proper vector and the downstream of the fragment is integrated with a promoter having restriction enzyme cleavage sequence to give a first recombinant vector. A range to code NH of NDV is inserted into the downstream of the first recombinant vector to prepare a second recombinant vector. Then the second recombinant vector is transduced into an animal culture cell previously infected with Avipoxvirus and mutual recombination between vector DNA and virus genome DNA to constitute recombinant Avipoxvirus.</p> |
