PURPOSE:To mold a flat bottom type waterproof pans different in bottom areas and wall placing surface heights without making use of a wooden mold and master mold, by a method wherein the title molding device possesses a rising piece molding body of a lateral direction, a bottom molding body and a rising piece molding body of a longitudinal direction and the rising piece molding body of the longitudinal direction is selected out of those different in rising heights. CONSTITUTION:In case of molding of a flat bottom type waterproof pans different in lengths of a long sides and wall placing surface heights, a bottom molding body 1 is moved vertically along stationary and a side rising piece molding bodies 2, 2 on the long side, and the wall placing surface height is set up. Then a side rising molding body 3 on a short side having the wall placing surface height of the same height as the wall placing surface height is selected and placed and born on the short side of a molding surface 1a of the bottom molding body 1. The short side rising piece molding body 3 is slid up to a lenght set to a purpose on the molding surface 1a of the bottom molding body 1 in the direction meeting at right angles with the side rising molding body 2 on the long side. With this construction, a molding surface of the waterproof pan is formed of a molding surface 1a of the bottom molding body 1, rising inclined surfaces 2a, 3a and wall placing surface molding surfaces 2b, 3b. |
