PURPOSE:To facilitate the evaluation and measurement of a unit-change head pushing force in a link mechanism and the assembly of the link mechanism while preventing the release sound of a thermal head by annexing a tension spring into the link mechanism in order to push the head. CONSTITUTION:Since a fourth link 12 is slid to a third link 7, a tension spring 10 hung to the hook sections of the third and fourth links is stretched, and the third link 7 is energized by the spring in the shaft direction of first, second and third links 4, 6, 7. Consequently, the component of force is generated in the first and second links 4, 6, moment force is generated in a head holding section 3 by the first link 4, and a thermal head 2 pushes a platen 1. The tension spring 10 is hung to the hook sections of the third and fourth links, thus evaluating and inspecting pushing force by a link-mechanism single body. When the thermal head 2 is pushing-released from the state of pushing, the fourth link is slid, and the extension of the tension spring is released. |
