<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by automating spreading of wood pieces, by a method wherein the wood pieces supplied from a hopper are dispersed by vibrating sheet and put on a base material as it is dispersed through a belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Veneers A and chips B are vibrated and dispersed with vibrating sheets 3a, 3b. A vibration is applied to the veneers A with the vibrating sheet 3a and transferred onto the vibrating sheet 3b by eliminating agglomeration and superposition by unifying density. A vibration is applied to both the veneers A transferred from the vibrating sheet 3a and the chips supplied from a hopper 2b, the density of the veneers A and chips B are unified, the agglomeration and superposition are eliminated, dispersed into a desired state and transferred onto a belt conveyor 5, in the vibrating sheet 3b. The veneers A and chips B transferred under a dispersed state are transferred further by the belt conveyor 5 and put on a prepreg sheet 6 transferred by a transferring conveyor 7 as it is dispersed into a desired state.</p> |
