Method for making a flat wiring harness

The method involves forming a pre-sheet (32') on a sheet receptor plate (29) by screen or metal printing. The sheet is formed to have a shape corresp. to that of the group of parallel arranged wires patterned in the desired shape of the wiring harness (30a). The pre-sheet is heated to form a paste sheet (32). The paste sheet is then pressed against one side of the flat wire group. This transfers the paste on to the surface of the flat wire group to securely bond the wires together.
