SOLUTION: The first ink pan 10A for immersing an ink roll 11 into ink 7 and the second ink pan 10B for recovering excess ink 7 from the first ink pan 10A are provided and an ink circulation apparatus 15 wherein the ink 7 is fed from an ink tank into the first ink pan 10A and the excess ink 7 from the first ink pan 10A is recovered by the second ink pan 10B and circulated, is provided. |
