PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine reduced in the loss of laser beam and the loss of electric energy. SOLUTION: A discharge container 21 of a gas laser generator in a laser beam machine is assembled to an arm 2a among the plural arms constituting an articulated robot 20 being a mechanical driving part. In addition, a high frequency power source 23 is embedded in an arm 22b adjacent to the arm 22a. Further, the high frequency power outputted from this power source 23 is constituted so as to be supplied to the discharge electrode through a matching device 25 fixed to the discharge container 21 by means of a coaxial cable 24. |
